Cinnamon tea recipe for weight loss
One cinnamon stick
One cups of water
One tea bag
In a sauce pan add a water and cinnamon stick and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and strain it.
Now soak the tea bag for 2 minutes.
Add the honey and stir well.
