Cumin tea for weight loss
1 teaspoon of cumin seed
250ml of water
2 drops of lemon juice
In a sauce pan add the water around 250ml and one teaspoon of cumin seeds.
Let them boil for 20 minutes until the water reduces to half the quantity.
Strain it into a cup.
You can take it with lemon juice.
Drinking it on an empty stomach is even better.
