INGREDIENTS
5 Cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
Sesame oil or ant cooking oil
METHOD
Heat a small pan with oil and add garlic to it.
Mix it well and fry for two minutes.
Then sprinkle pinch of salt evenly and cook on a very low flame until the garlic turn golden colour. Switch off stove.
Let the garlic cool slightly, and then serve.
